1. Purpose of processing

DERMA GLUE Co., Ltd. (the "Company") processes personal information received through the Contact Us form only to receive and respond to inquiries and to discuss product supply, partnerships and OEM, and does not use it for any other purpose.

This website has no membership sign-up and does not use cookies to analyze visitor behavior.

3. Retention period

Personal information is kept for 1 year after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law.

5. Outsourcing

The Company outsources the following work to receive and store inquiry emails.

• Work: receiving and storing emails

6. Transfer abroad

Inquiries sent through the Contact Us form are received by our website host and forwarded to our company email. In this process, personal information is transferred abroad as follows.

• Recipient: Netlify, Inc. (USA, privacy@netlify.com)
• Country, timing and method: USA · when the form is submitted · network transfer
• Information: company, name, email, phone, message
• Purpose: receiving inquiries and forwarding them to our company email
• Retention: deleted without delay after forwarding (up to 1 year)

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please email us directly at sales@dermaglue.co.kr instead of using the form.

7. Destruction

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, personal information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by email (sales@dermaglue.co.kr). The Company will act on your request without delay.

9. Security measures

The Company limits access to personal information to the minimum number of staff and manages email account access and passwords to protect personal information.
